"October & April" adalah single terbaru grup band gothic rock asal Finlandia The Rasmus yang berkolaborasi bareng vokalis Nightwish, Anette Olzon.
Track ini direkam bersamaan dengan lagu-lagu dari album "Black Roses" namun urung dimasukkan karena ketidaksamaan konsep untuk album tersebut. Namun demikian, track keren itu akhirnya dijadikan 1st single untuk album "The Best of The Rasmus 2001-2009" yang segera dirilis.

Ash, The A-Z Series

The A-Z Series album terbaru ASH yang dirilis dengan format yang sedikit beda, total nantinya ada 26 buah single yang bakal dirilis berurutan yang dimulai dengan "Return of White Rabbit" pada bulan mei lalu, kemudian "True Love 1980" pada awal Oktober barusan, sementara single ke-3 yang segera rilis bertitel "Joy Kick Darkness". 26 buah single yang akan dirilis akan berselang 2 minggu, dan direncanakan kelar pada akhir tahun 2010 mendatang.

Dengan format ajaib seperti itu, proyek ini memakan waktu yang sangat panjang. Pra produksi telah dimulai pada 2007 silam, dan sampai saat ini, para personil Ash + produser Claudius Mittendorfer masih berkutat di Automic Heart studio untuk menyelesaikan semua materi.

Tim Wheeler, frontman band sendiri memberi penjelasan ke pada media tentang format yang dijalani oleh bandnya tersebut : "I think it'll be great for our fans waiting every two weeks knowing they're going to get a song and wondering what it'll be like. It'll be fun".Bassist Mark Hamilton juga menambahkan : "we thought we’d come up with a different model where we never really had to be actually be away, that might work better. That was one of the reasons. We had the freedom when launching our own label as well, to try something different, so we’re going to give it a go. I think if it works, a lot of people might copy it." setujuuuuuu!!!!

Editors, band indie rock asal Birmingham, baru saja merilis album ke-3 mereka “In This Light and On This Evening” tgl 12 Okt lalu. Album baru ini lebih deep dan anthemic dibanding 2 album mereka sebelumnya. Single "Palillon" sendiri beredar dalam beberapa versi, salah satunya adalah versi remix oleh Tiesto.

Vokalis dari The Strokes, Julian Casablancas's going-solo!!. Album solo frontman The Strokes ini, “Phrazes for The Young”, akan segera rilis dengan single pertama "11th Dimension", single khas Casablancas dengan penempatan tampilan synth pop yang kasar namun melodic.

album ke-11 Stereophonics “Keep Calm and Carry On” segera rilis di minggu ke 3 November 2009. Ini adalah full album pertama band asal Wales ini setelah melepas album the ebst mereka tahun kemaren. Single nya bertitel "Innocent" bakal rilsi resmi 9 November nanti, sebuah track khas Stereophonics dengan musik yang ringan namun tetap dengan lirik yang berkelas.

Believers Never Die: Greatest Hits adalah album kompilasi dari hits terbaik Fall Out Boys. Album ini punya jadwal rilis pada 17 November 2009 nanti. Seperti biasanya album kompilasi, album ini memuat kumpulan single hits band ditambah bonus DVD comentary. Single dari album ini telah dirilis secara digital berjudul 'Alpha Dog'.

Fall Out Boy berencana merilis album the best mereka pada November nanti, sebagai pemanasan, mereka lebih dulu akan merilis single yang bertitel 'Alpha Dog'. FYI, single terakhir yang dirilis Pete Wentz dkk tersebut adalah 'She's My Wynona' yang ternyata tidak terlalu mendongkrak penjualan album 'Folie à Deux'.

Chris Walla, gitaris Death Cab for Cutie menjadi produser untuk lagu Tegan and Sara yang paling baru, 'Hell'.
Track tersebut akan dimasukkan ke dalam list album terbaru Tegan and Sara 'Sainthood' yang segera rilis di akhir bulan ini. 13 tracks yang ada dalam album itu termasuk track 'Arrow' & 'Don't Rush' kesemuanya direkam sepanjang Maret sampai Juli lalu.

Puddle of Mudd segera merilis album baru 'Volume 4: Songs in the Key of Love & Hate'. Semula titel yang dipilih adalah ‘Jacket On The Rack‘. Album tersebut telah selesai digarap oleh produser Brian Howes (Hinder, Skillet). Singel pertama dari juga akan segera rilis dengan titel 'Spaceship.
